Our cuisine is driven by our head chef, Jamie Steele. Jamie was part of the highly acclaimed Celsius opening team in Adelaide before being recruited to the iconic Ku De Ta in Bali as chef de cuisine. He recently returned to Australia after a seven month culinary research journey through Latin America.
